Kellie's Baked Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients
¡1 cup oatmeal (I used old fashioned oats) ¡1/2 cup protein powder (1 packet Advocare vanilla shake mix works well) ¡1/2 cup flour ¡1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal or any granola ¡1 teaspoon cinnamon Add: ¡2 egg whites (I substitute 2 T flaxseed dissolved in 6 T hot water) ¡1/4 cup oil (or can use 1/4 cup applesauce) ¡1/4 cup honey (optional - I do not use) ¡1/2 cup chopped pecans ¡2 tablespoons peanut butter ¡1/2 cup brown sugar ¡Blueberries (may substitute other fruit as desired such as cranberries, raisins, cherriescetc.)
Directions
Preheat Oven 325 degrees

Line 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray foil with cooking spray

Spread evenly in pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Lift foil from pan to cool and ENJOY! I usually individually wrap these and put into the freezer. I pull one out the night before and let thaw in the fridge, then eat straight out of the fridge or heat for 12-15 seconds in the microwave.
