Ingredients
1=1/4 lbs of sirloin chunks or round steak(1" cubes)5 ribs of celery cut into 1/4" half rounds1 medium onion sliced into 1/4" thick1 green bell pepper cut into strips about 1/4" thick3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce2 Tbsp corn starch2 Tbsp molasses
Directions
Brown the meat before adding to the pressure cooker. Add the meat and juices to the pressure cooker along with 1 cup of water. Cook for 15 minutes at the 15 psi setting. Release the pressure quickly and add the vegetables, bring the pressure cooker back up to 15 psi for 15 more minutes. Now release the pressure remove the lid and add the soy sauce and corn starch mixture. Bring the pot back up to a boil to thicken the sauce. Once thickened add the molasses.
