Krabby Patties - from Nick.com

Ingredients
1lb - Imitation Krab flakes2 cans - real crab meat special (drained)4 Tbsp - Celery diced1/3 c - canola oil/vege oil4 - eggs2 - 2 1/4 c - bread crumbs (used whole wheat in mine)4 c - Frenches Fried Onions (crushed down to 2 cups)2 tsp - mustard2 Tbsp - mayo
Directions
Chop or break up Krab into smaller pieces, mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Shape into 3-4 inch patties. They will be a little crumbly still, but should mostly hold together.

Place on baking sheet and cook at 400 deg for 10 min.
