Healthy Asian Chicken & Collard Greens Stir Fry

Ingredients
Collard Greens, 4 cup, chopped (Usually about one bunch despined) Mushrooms, fresh, 15 medium Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1 breast Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce 5 tsp Garlic, 2 clove Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Directions
Add oil to pan & heat up. Add garlic & sautee. Add chopped chicken & season with ginger to brown & cook up. Add collards & mushrooms then toss in the oil to coat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water, add lid, & steam until bright green. Remove lid & continue sauteeing. Add hot sauce & coat. Serve hot.
