Abs Diet: Almond Spinach

Ingredients
1 5oz bag of fresh spinach1/2 tablespoon olive oil1/4 onion, chopped1/3 c. slivered almonds1 tablespoon feta cheesepepper to taste
Directions
Makes 2 large servings.

1. Chop appoximately 1/4 of a medium size onion.
2. Heat olive oil on stove.
3. Add onion and cook until browned.
4. Add an entire 5 oz bag of fresh spinach.
5. Cook until spinach is wilted.
6. Add slivered almonds and feta cheese.
7. Serve!
