Paleo Bread

Ingredients
1 ½ cups blanched almond flour¾ cup arrowroot powder1/3 c. corn starch (only add this if you are using almond meal, which is bulkier than finely ground, blanched almond flour).¼ cup golden flaxmeal½ teaspoon celtic sea salt½ teaspoon baking soda1 & 1/3 cup eggbeaters1 teaspoon agave nectar1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
1. Combine almond flour, arrowroot, flax meal, salt and baking soda.
2. In a separate bowl, blend eggbeaters 3 minutes until frothy.
3. Stir agave and vinegar into eggs
4. Mix dry ingredients into wet
5. Pour Scoop batter into a smaller greased bread loaf pan.
6. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 medium-thin slices
