Acorn Squash soup

Ingredients
Acorn squash, onion, chicken broth, garlic, plain greek yogurt, butter, garlick cardamom and cyanne
Directions
Cut squash in half, put on baking sheet with onion and garlic in eash squash, bake in hot oven 400 for 45min until soft. I put a bit of EVOO to add a bit of flavor. When done scoop out flesh into dutch oven with butter. Discard peel. Add broth and seasoning. Use an emersion blender and puree, once this thickens a bit and is just boiling turn off heat and add yogurt. Serve
