1.5 Cups Water1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil2.75 Cups Bread Flour1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1.5 Tbsp Sugar1.5 Tsp Salt1.5 Tsp Active Dry Yeast14 oz. Pizza Sauce1 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella1 Cup Pizza Blend Cheese1/2 Cup Chopped Green Peppers1/2 Cup Chopped or Sliced Mushrooms1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
Makes 2 - 12 inch thick crust, or 4 - 12 inch thin crust.
Make dough using bread machine's dough setting. When dough is ready, split in half for thick crust pizza (as seen in nutrition information). You can also split the dough into quarters if you prefer a thin crust pizza.
Spread the dough out onto greased pizza pan or stone. Add sauce and desired toppings. The nutrition information is for this healthy and filling veggie pizza.
Cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
