Ingredients
Ancient harvest Quinoa PastaOnion 1 medium 6 cloves garlic2 Cups summer squash3 cups marinara sauce1 cup celery 1 yellow, red and green bell pepper1/4 C. parsley
Directions
Pour spaghetti sauce in sauce pan. Place on burner set to medium heat. Prepare vegetables by placing them in a food processor of chopping them by hand with a knife. Pour the vegetables in the sauce. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions on another burner. When finished drain the spaghetti pour it back into the pan and pour the sauce mixture over it.
