Carrot Cake Pancakes

Ingredients
50g plain flour 30g brown sugar1 egg1/2 tsp baking powder70ml milk of choice1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp mixed spice 1/4 tsp ginger1/2 tsp vanilla extract100g grated carrotOptional: a handful of raisins
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together and fry as you would any other kind of pancake.

They are cooked once they have turned a golden - dark brown colour.


Serving Size: Makes 2 Large pancakes or many small ones. Enough to feed 1 - 2 persons.
