Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c oat flour2 scoops of Cytosport Chocolate Protein Powder1 heaping teaspoon cocoa powder2 t baking powder1/8 t salt1 t sugar5 egg whites6 oz Almond Milk vanilla unsweetened2 T natural unsalted peanut butter1 t vanilla extract
Directions
Milk dry ingredients in a large pitcher bowl. Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Pour wet into dry and mix thoroughly. Preheat pan and spray with Pam. Pour batter into pan to make medium pancakes. Cook over med low temp. Flip when pancake starts to bubble. Cook another minute and serve.
