500gms pork tenderloin or boneless pork belly1 large onion cut into 41 large red bell pepper cut into 84 cloves garlic2 tsp salt1 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp brown sugar1 tbsp vinegar
Cut 500mg pork tenderloin or pork belly into 8 equal parts,cut the remainding spices according to size and shape of your choice. Place all chopped ingredients in a cooking pan. Add the remaining ingredient like salt,soy sauce,vinegar and brown sugar. Bring to a boil until 45 mins or until the meat softens. Add more salt or soy sauce to taste.
