anna's ginger thins (12 cookies) Egg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar, 2 Tbsp Nestle Real Semi-Sweet mini Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz
Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese. Add egg, both sugars, and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Stir in chips. Crumble each cookie into a paper-lined muffin tin. Divide cream cheese mixture between the 12 cups. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve
