Supplies:8x13 panFoilIngredients:8 fingerling potatoes, precooked and sliced into 3rdsCan of Artichoke Hearts, quartered1 med onion, sliced 1/2 package of Kielbasa (one large link) sliced into 16 pieces16 medium sized shrimp in shell, raw4 Mini Frozen Corn on the cobOld bay seasoning- to tasteSalt and pepper- to taste4 ounces of beer1 Lemon, sliced into wedges
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In a 8x13 pan, layer the sliced potatoes, artichoke hearts, sliced onion, sliced kielbasa, shrimp, and corn on the cob
3. Season to taste with old bay seasoning,salt and pepper.
4. Pour the beer over into the pan and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees or until shrimp is opaque and potatoes are soft.
6. Serve with squeezed lemon wedges over the top.
