drain and rinse shirtake nooldles
parboil noodles for 3 to 5 mins
dry noodles throughly
combine milk, sour cream, and crystal farm wedges
heat in microwave for 2 mins
stir
heat for 2 more minutes
while cheese mixture heats place margarine in pan along with scallops and mushrooms
cook throughly
combine all ingrediants in bowl with cheese mixture
heat for 2 more minutes
serve
