3-3 1/2 lbs Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts3 TBSP Ketchup3 TBSP Brown Sugar1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar6 oz Frozen Lemonade Concentrate2 TBSP Cornstarch (for thicker sauce)1/4 Cup Cold Water (for thicker Sauce
Put frozen chicken into crockpot. In a seperate bowl, mix together all other ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on low heat for 6-7 hours.
If a thicker sauce is desired, put sauce in a saucepan and add a mixture of cornstarch and water until desired consistency is reached.
Serve over rice.
