Ingredients
1 can petite diced tomatoes1 small can of tomato sauce5 carrots peeled and sliced1 package fresh mushrooms sliced1 onion diced 2 cloves of garlic minced1 T paprika1 t pepper or to taste.75-1 lb. lean beef diced8 oz light sour cream6 oz no yolks egg noodles
Directions
Mix all ingredients together up to the sour cream. place in slow cooker and cook for 8 hours. about 30 minutes before serving add sour cream and cook egg noodles. add egg noodles to crock pot mixture and serve. about 6 generous servings.
