1 lb ground turkey1 small can olives, black1 16 oz can Hunts diced tomatoes w/ garlic, basil and oregano1 can tomato paste1 can tomato sauce2 cups waterI bag of Pict Sweet Edamame shelled soybeans1 cup of chopped onions1 pack chili powder, mild1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne pepper, clove1 tbls oregano, black or white pepper2 tbls basil
Brown ground turkey with diced onion. While browning mince meat with platuc spatula in order to make small bits of meat, same size as the onions. When brown, drain fat. In a separate pot, combine all other ingredients. Stir and bring to boil. Reduce hear to low, add turkey/onion mixture and stir. Allow to cook on low-med heat for 1 hour. Serve.
