Meditteranean Shrimp

Ingredients
2 pounds large shrimp1 med red pepper cut into strips1 c green pepper strips8 cherry tomatoes (halved)8 jumbo black olives8 spanish olives (with pimento)1 cup rose wine3 cloves garlic (minced)1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 tsp thyme leaves1 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Put olive oil in non-stick skillet and heat. Add shrimp, garlic and peppers. Cook for 4 minutes and then add other spices, olives, tomatoes and wine. Simmer for approx 5 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with water until disolves. Slowly add to the shrimp mix until thickened.

Serve over pasta or rice. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese if desired.
