Kelly's Pork & Chicken meatloaf

Ingredients
500gms Pork mince500gms Chicken mincechives, 1 tbspsalt & pepperchilli flakessagegarlic1 large carrot, grated2-3 slices shoulder bacon1 cup plain breadcrumbsgrated Edam cheese, 60gms
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Place onto baking paper.

Mould into shape and cover with bacon and breadcrumbs/cheesy topping.

Bake for 1.20 hours, or until cooked.
