porcupine meatballs

Ingredients
1 cup brown instant rice2 tsp salt2 lb 93% ground beef1/2 of large onion2 eggs2 cans tomato soup1.5 cup skim milk
Directions
mix and roll into balls:
1 cup uncooked rice
2 tsp salt
2 lb uncooked ground beef
onion
2 eggs

place in single layer in casserole dish
pour over these:
2 cans tomato soup
1.5 cups milk

bake at 350 for an hour or so
