Buffalo "Wing" Cauliflower Bites

¼ Large head of cauliflower cut into bite sized florets½ cup flour½ cup Milk (I used 1%)½ Tsp garlic salt½ Cup buffalo sauce (I used Louisiana style hot pepper sauce)½ tsp butter, melted
Whisk milk, flour, and garlic salt together. Lightly batter each cauliflower floret and place on a greased shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 450° oven for 15-18 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they may brown quickly.
Whisk melted butter into buffalo sauce and pour over "wings". Return to oven for an additional 5-8 minutes.
Serve warm from oven with ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
