Wheat berries & Steel Cut Oats-Breakfast

Ingredients
1 cup wheat berries1 cup steel cut oats4 tbsp ground flax seed
Directions
Soak wheat berries for 12 hours. Cook wheat berries in 7 cups water. Simmer for 30 minutes covered. Stir often. Add steel cut oats for last 30 minutes of cooking-Simmer covered for 30 minutes at least or until tender. Add 1/2 tbsp of flax seed after reheated & cooked to maintain nutrition.
