Beans and Minute Rice with Peppers and Kielbasa

Ingredients
Rice - Minute instant brown rice, 1.5 cup (remove) Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove) Sweet peppers (bell), 2 cup, chopped (remove) *Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 6 oz (remove)
Directions
Heat oil. Cook onion, garlic, and peppers 10-15 minutes or until softened. Add kielbasa cut into slices to heat. Add tomatoes, beans, water, and oregano. Bring to boil. Add rice and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes for rice to finish absorbing liquid.
