Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 1/4 cup water1/4 cup orange juice2 tbsp. cornstarch2 tbsp. Splenda1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
In a medium saucepan, mix water, orange juice, cornstarch and Splenda. Add blueberries and nutmeg. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce begins to thicken. Serve hot.

    Made this, this week. Seemed to only make me 2 , 1/2 cup servings. It tasted good, not too sweet. If anyone wants a sweeter taste, add more splenda or Zsweet. - 2/7/09
