Ingredients
Ground Pork, 32 oz (remove)Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Bean sprouts, 01.5 cup (remove)Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.5 cup slices (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 50 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Directions
Mix first 7 ingredients plus the last one. Place teaspoon of mixture in center and wrap per package instructions. Cook until brown in hot oil. Put in oven at 350 to keep warm while cook others, and to ensure complete doneness.
