Peanut Butter Pineapple Shake

Ingredients
1 banana, cut into pieces2 cups pineapple chunks1 cup skim milk3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
Directions
Place banana pieces on a plate and freeze 40-50 minutes or until firm. Combine pineapple and banana in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
