Ingredients
4 cups of quick oats1/2 cup of raw or brown sugar1/2 cup of silvered almonds1/2 cup of chopped pecans1/2 cup of chopped walnuts1/2 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup wheatgerm1/4 cup sunflower seeds1 tsp salt1/2 cup water1/4 cup oilStir all dry ingredients together, heat water and oil and whip together with vanilla and maple syrup or maple extract. Stir liquid into dry ingredients. Place in two large baking pans and bake in 300 degree oven for about 1 hour, stirring every 12 minutes.
Directions
Bake 300 for 1 hour, stirring every 12 - 15 minutes (or until toasted to your preference).
