Jenn's Turkey Lasagna

2 cups ricotta cheese1 cup cottage cheese5 garlic cloves, chopped1 pound ground turkey2 cups mozzarella2 ounce empire jack cheese12 lasagna noodleshalf a large onion, chopped15 ounce of pasta sauceolive oil
cook noodles according to box instructions.
saute onions and garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. set aside. remove from pan, using same pan brown the turkey. return onions and garlic to the turkey. add seasonings (basil, oregano, majoram). add half the pasta sauce, simmer for 5-10 minutes. meanwhile mix the rest of the pasta sauce the ricotta and the cottage cheese together. put fine layer of sauce and cheese on bottom of 9x13 pan (so it doesn't stick) then layer with all ingredients as you wish. Top with remaining leftover mozzarella cheese
