Crispy Orange Ginger Beef

Ingredients
3/4 lb beef1/4 cup corn starch1/4 cup sugar substitute1/4 cup balsamic vinegarjuice from 1 orange1/2 tbsp light soya saucezest from 1 orange1 tbsp grated ginger3 cloves garlicveggies - i use mushrooms, peppers & carrots
Directions
Slice beef thin, place on paper towel, and put in the fridge for about 1/2 hour to dry
Coat beef in corn starch, and fry till golden brown. remove from pan.
Add zest, ginger & garlic, and cook till fragrant. Add sugar substitute, vinegar, orange juice & soya sauce. Add veggies. Cook till sauce thickens to a syrupy consistancy. Add meat and serve
