yam fries

Ingredients
yams cut into slices lengthwise1 dash pepper and salt1 tbs olive oil
Directions
peel and cut 2 medium yams lengthwise
add dash salt and pepper
add 1 tbs olive oil
mix with fingers to coat yams
put of cooking tray
bake in oven at 350 until yams or soft
Makes about 4 serving
add a salad and a veggie/ hamburger
taste so yummy!
