RB's Healthy Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 lbs ground beef1 med-large red pepper1 med onion2 c - pasta sauce (i used prego light smart)chili powder to tastedried oregano to taste4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
cook beef and drain fat
add the rest of ingredients and cover
the longer it sets, the better flavor
i like mine thicker to i let it cook longer with the lid tilted. roughly 20-25 min
i do use a food processor for the onion and pepper so the kids will eat it
