Mid Morning Oatmeal and Apple

Ingredients
1/8 cup ground rolled oats or quick oats(oat flour)1/8 cup rolled oats1/2 cup water1 tsp coconut oil.5 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp maple syrup1/4 tsp vanilla extract1 fresh apple
Directions
Mix water, oats and oat flour and microwave for 1 minute or until done. Add coconut oil, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. Eat with the apple.
