Gluten-Free Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 can (about 15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained3 T olive oil1/8 t salt1/2 t black pepper1 T chili powder1/4 t cayenne pepper1 lime, cut into wedgeschopped cilantro
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine first four ingredients in large bowl. Spread in single layer on a jelly-roll pan.
3. Bake for 15 minutes, shaking twice, until chickpeas begin to brown.
4. Sprinkle with chili powder and red pepper. Bake 5 more minutes or until dark golden-red.
5. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges
