Banana Choc. Chip Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 c. butter1/2 c. splenda br. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 med ripe bananas, mashed1 large egg3/4 c. white flour3/4 c. whole wheat flour1.5 c. rolled oats2 Tbls. gr. flaxseed1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Directions
cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, banana & mix until combined and somewhat smooth. Mix all dry ingred. together and gradually add to banana ingred. Stir in Chocolate Chips. Drop dollops of batter onto a nonstick baking sheet (use a 1 inch scoop). Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until set and lightly golden around the edges. Note: these cookies will not spread as many cookies do, but will stay as fat puffs. Allow to cool and can be placed in freezer bags and frozen.
