Sweet Potato Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 large head of cabbage, shredded into ribbons1 sweet potato, peeled & julienne1/4 cup cider vinegar1 tbsp honey1 cup fat free plain yogurt1/4 tsp poppy seeds1/4 tsp celery seed1/4 tsp mustard seed1/4 tsp cumin seed1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Shred cabbage, julienne sweet potato, mix and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients with wire whisk to create dressing.

Toss cabbage and sweet potato with dressing until completely coated.

Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
