Denise's Lentil Soup

Ingredients
6 cans chicken broth2 cups lentils1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes8 stalks (more or less to taste) celery, chopped5 carrots, in 1/2" coins2 medium onions, diced3/4 lb. bacon (I use uncured), cooked til crisp and chopped upsalt and pepper to taste1 bay leaf
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Set on low temp for 8 - 10 hours. Serve.
