Carrots, raw, .75 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Celery, raw, 1.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb)Prunes, dried, .25 cup, pitted*Beer, Budwiser, 12 ozWalnuts, .25 cup, choppedSaltine Crackers (Saltines), 3 cracker*Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, braised, 1.86 ozCorn Starch, .15 cup
Sautee all ing. except for chops and cornstarch. Stuff chops. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove chops and use cornstarch to make sauce.
