Gluten Free Truffles

Ingredients
2 tab. coconut oil3 tab. coconut cream2 tab. almond butter1/4 tea. almond extract1/2 sq. unsweetened Bakers chocolate melted1/4 c coconut palm sugar- roll truffles in
Directions

Mix the coconut oil, cream and almond butter with the almond extract. Mix till smooth. Add melted chocolate after it is slightly cooled. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Shape with spoon. Let cool in fridge for about 30 mins. and roll into balls if you desire and then roll in palm sugar or coconut.
