Asian Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 regular cans of tuna in water, drained1 to 2 T sriracha1 T sesame oil2 to 3 T olive olive oil mayo1/2 T soy sauce1/2 T black sesame seeds1 tsp red pepper flakes1/2 T honey1/4 cup crasins2 T fresh or dried minced shallot1/4 cup grated carrot1 tsp fresh grated ginger root2 T cilantro chopped
Directions
Put everything but the tuna in a med mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add Tuna and mix to combine. Serve on a sandwich, cracker or just eat it alone.
