Ingredients
2 Large Eggs2 Cans of 6oz boneless, skinless pink salmon1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs4 TBSP Kraft Miracle Whip Light1/2 cup of chopped onions1/4 tsp garlic powder1 TBSP dried parsley1-2 TBSP Olive Oil
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in pan. Combine all ingredients and form patties. Place patties in heated olive oil in pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
