Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breast-no skin/no bone1 cup fat free yogurt1 clove garlic, minced1 tbsp paprika1 tsp coriander, groundjuice from 1 lime3 tbsp fresh cilantro, rough chopKosher Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Start your grill and bring it to temp.
Remove chicken from package and rinse. Pat dry and "fork-it."
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together besides the chicken.
Place the chicken in a pie pan.
Cover with the wet mixture.
Let sit in the fridge for 5 to 60 minutes.
If you let it set to long- it will turn into mush.
Cook and serve with whole wheat flat bread.
You can add fresh spinach, tomatoes & cucumbers.
Great meal on a hot summers night.

    This is great for anyone on the 17DD! I didn't have time to mess with the grill, and I didn't have any coriander: So I left it in the baking dish and baked it at 400 degrees for around half an hour (until the chicken was cooked through). I served with curried cauliflower. YUM! - 10/8/11
