Ingredients
Tart base:30 grams plain white flour30 grams light mayonnaisedash saltTart filling:100 grams pumkin50 grams fined chopped onion2 ægsalt and pepper (optional)
Directions
Mix all the ingredience for the base in a little bowl and press out in a tart dish for one person, then place in the oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and bake them in the oven on a piece of oven paper with the tart base.
Beat the eggs together and add the onion and taste the mixture with a little salt and pepper.
Mix the pumpkin cubes in the egg mixture and pour the filling onto the base.
Bake the tart finish at 180 c for about 15 minutes and eat 300 grams of vegetables to the tart of own choice.
