Momritz's Meatless Chili

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil 1 C onion, chopped1/2 C bell pepper, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 Tbsp oregano, dried 2 Tbsp chili powder 2 tsp cumin seed, ground 1 tsp kosher salt 32 oz vegetable broth 1 - 15.5 oz diced tomatoes 1 - 15.5 oz tomato sauce 1 -15.5 oz black beans, drained and rinsed 1 -15.5 oz chick peas, drained and rinsed1 -15.5 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
saute onion, pepper and garlic until tender
add spices
add beans, broth, tomatoes and tomato sauce
bring to boil
reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes
