Sweet Cabbage Carrot slaw

Ingredients
1 cup shredded carrots (mandoline shredder)1 cup shredded cabbage.1/2 tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp marsala cooking wine2 Tbsp (one ounce weight ) dried currantsThe cooking wine is salted, but if you use regular wine salt to taste.1 Tbsp ( 1/4 ounce) sliced almonds
Directions
slice up carrots and cabbage, add remaining ingredients and stir. Let it set an hour if you have it, otherwise just eat it.
