1 2lb. top round beef roast1 Tbsp.pepper2 Tbsp garlic powder8 large carrots1 medium onion1 packet of Lipton Onion soup mix1 can of low sodium cram of mushroom soup
set oven to 350*. Place roast in bottom of baking pan after seasoning with pepper and garlic powder. Slice one medium onion on top of roast. Mix one packet of Onion soup mix with 1 can of soup. Pour over meat. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 60 minutes. uncover and add carrots around roast. Recover and cook an additional 90 minutes until roast and carrots are tender.
