Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
Spinach, frozen, 2 cup Onions, raw, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick) Milk, 1%, 4 fl oz Egg, fresh, 1 large Butter, whipped, 1 tbsp
Directions
Boil spinach until tender then drain. Add onion. In a seperate bowl combine egg and milk and beat until mixture is smooth. Then add the milk mixture to the cooked and drained spinach with the onion and top with a tablespoon or 2 if you like of butter to taste. Heat everything stirring occasionally approximately 10 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy!
