potato & peas soup

Ingredients
* *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced * Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup * Onions, raw, 1 small * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) salt and pepper to tastecream at your discretion
Directions
put the butter in a pan add the onions and potatoes and peas sautee for 2 minutes onions should be soft but not change color, salt and pepper. add the water put the lid on and leave to simmer until potatoes are cooked.
blend in the mixer then bring the mixture to a boil. if you find it too heavy add more water . you may want to add a spoon of fresh cream at serving
