1 leek, halved and chopped150 grams ham chopped200g mushrooms chopped1 1/2 cups grated carrot1 1/2 cups grated pumpkin1 cup corn kernels1/2 cup frozen peas2 eggs1/2 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs50g grated edam cheese
Spray fying pan with oil and cook leek, mushrooms and ham until soft. Put in large bowl and add rest of ingredients and mix well. Line loaf dish with baking paper and press mixture into dish. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes at 180/350. Remove tinfoil and bake for further 30 minutes.
