Super Slow Sloppy Joes

3 lbs. 90% lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced1 1/4 cups ketchup1 cup chopped red bell pepper5 Tb.s Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup packed brown sugar3 Tbsp vinegar3 Tbsp prepared mustard2 tsp chili powderHamburger buns
1. Brown ground beef, onion, garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium=high heat in two batches, stirring to separate meat. Drain and discard fat.
2. Combine ketchup, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and chili powder in Slow Cooker. Stir in beef mixture.
3. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours, or until done. Spoon into hamburger buns.
